Elegant and Beautiful guest house on the main avenue of Barcelona, Gran Via de les Corte de Catalanes. Restored building built about 1890with elevator and doorman. We are on the fourth floor. Approximately 225m2 of space (about 1,800 sq. ft.) Guest house was completely restored in January of 2008. We are on Gran Via de les Corts de Catalanes between Plaza Espanya and Plaza de Catalunya. Near museums, restaurants, shops. Nearest Metro stop is Rocafort. 5 minute walk to Plaza Espanya. 15 minute walk to Las Ramblas.

New orthopedic beds and linens from Spain, Italy and Portugal. The guest house is beautifully lit with Austrian chandeliers and English, French and Spanish Art Deco Furniture. Some rooms have balconies. All rooms have large windows that look onto either Gran Via, Garden/City view or interior courtyard view. Guestouse is full of light. Ceilings are 4 meters high (about 12 feet high). Flat screen tube tvs in every room. Beautiful remodeled private bathrooms and shared bathrooms. Daily maid service.

Use of fully equiped kitchen, remodeled in January of 2008. 24 hour access to building and guest house. Key deposit of 20 euros per set of keys; refunded to you when you return them at the end of your stay. Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning. CHECK IN 3:00 PM (15:00 Hrs) / CHECK-OUT 12:00 Noon (12:00 Hrs.). We do not check people in after 9:00 PM (21:00 Hrs.) at night. But once checked in you have 24 hour access to the front door of our building and our guest house. Check in is after 3pm. Check out is 12 noon.

Please note: We have two guest houses in Barcelona. They are both in the same neighborhood called L'Eixample Left. Both are called Casa de Billy Barcelona. This one that you are looking at now is on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes between Vilamarie and Entenca and is called Casa de Billy Barcelona Gran Via. The closest metro stops are Placa Espanya and Rocafort.
Our other guest house is called Casa de Billy Barcelona Rambla de Catalunya. It is located on Rambla de Catalunya between Valencia and Mallorca. The closest metro stops are Passeig de Gracia and Diagonal.
