The B&B is located on the second floor of a building with elevator and situated 400 metres away from the Vatican musuems, Sistine chapel and San Peter's Basilica. The underground station, Cipro-Musei Vaticani, can be found within 200 metres and can connect you to Spanish Steps, Via Condotti (shopping street), Piazza Venezia, Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Termini train station and all other main roman shopping sites in little time.
There are many types of services available around the apartment such as call centres, Internet points, supermarkets, garage, laundry, travel agencies, bars, pharmacies, banks, post office, restaurants, pizzerias, Chinese, Mexican and Japanese restaurants.

The house has been recently refurbished and it consists of 2 rooms, one of which is with a double bed, and the other with a bunk bed. All rooms are fitted with double glazing, orthopedic mattresses and tables to use for breakfast. The rooms are very silent, as they face a private road, and are clean and organised each morning. Blankets and sheets are changed every three days.
Pets are not allowed.
The B&B is only for non-smokers.
Children under 4 stay for free.
Our breakfast includes tea, coffee, milk, cappuccino, fruit juices, cakes, croissants, fruit, jam/marmelade and toasted bread etc.
Our bed and breakfast is approved by the APT (Azienda Promozione Turistica).

Payment: Cash only, on arrival time.
Check-in: after 12pm.
Please advise about arrival time in case of late arrival.

Check-out before: 10am.
