Wombat´s Berlin opened in February 2008.

We made sure our new house in Berlin is even better than our award-winning hostels in Vienna and Munich:

PLEASE NOTE: The APARTMENTS appear as 'twin private ensuite' (that´s because 'apartment' does not exist as own room type on this booking system) - they do, however, have a double bed. Sorry for the confusion.
Repeat: TWIN PRIVATE ENSUITE really means APARTMENT with DOUBLE BED in separate bedroom, kitchen / living room, loggia and private shower / toilet. That´s as extravagant as staying in a hostel will ever get ;-)

We are centrally located and close to public transport. All our rooms come with comfy wooden beds, private shower & toilet facilities and free lockers for your belongings. You´ll get a free set of bed linen, a free welcome drink and a free city map with all the essential information what´s going on in town.

We offer an all-you-can-eat breakfast (not included), our lively womBAR which serves cheap drinks and food, internet terminals, a laundromat, a guest kitchen for free use, 24-hour reception and - of course - no curfew, no lockout and no stupid rules.
You won´t find all of that anywhere else in town.

We know what it´s like being on the road all day, seeing the sights and all that walking and more walking, so it´s cool to have a nice vibe at the hostel where you can have a few drinks, talk and make new friends.
