Granvia 470 is a very central guest house in one of the most popular districts of Barcelona, 'The Eixample'.

Granvia 470 is located in a modernist building of the 20th century, just 5 min walk from Plaça Espanya and 10 min from Plaça Catalunya. It is also close to the St Antoni's Market, a very characteristic area with a great commercial life. In the area you will find many restaurants and bars (and other facilities as Pharmacy, Internet Point, and supermarket).

We are in one of the famous coners, set up by Cerda's plan (Xanflán), receiving all the sunshine of the afeternoon. We are gifted with and excellent tranport system, which includes bus, metro and train near us.

We offer 3 comfortable guestrooms, all non-smoking, 2 of them with balcony to Granvia, and 1 with an excellent bow-window and exclusive view. They receive sun light all day long. Shared bathroom. Breakfast not included.
