Nearest Tube: Elephant & Castle (Northern and Bakerloo lines). Take the 'Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre' exit from the station, turn left and continue up the ramp to the elephant statue outside the shopping centre. When you come out from Elephant and Castle tube there is a Metropolitan Tabernacle cross the road, Oswin street is just behind this church. Literally it is one minute walk from the tube.
