Located in the heart of the Milan, our one bedroom apartment offers guests a sophisticated blend of traditional Italian and contemporary style. The apartment is just a couple of streets away from the Duomo Cathedral.The Duomo, which represents the symbol of Milan with its "Madonnina", is situated in the very historical city centre, on the square of the same name and next to the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery. The construction began around 1300. but it was concluded only in 1800. thanks to Napoleon Bonaparte. Not too far away you can visit the main tourist attractions of the centre (Real Palace, Manzoni Museum, …), as well as numerous shops and boutiques that constitute the "fashion area" and Viale Montenero with its bars and clubs. There are excellent connections to the underground (Line 1 and 3), buses (Number 94, 61, 54…) and the tramway (Number 12,15, 23...).
The bright and airy studio apartment has a queen size box spring and mattress as well as excellent closet space. In addition, a custom-built work area is equipped with a computer giving you access to free high-speed Internet. Quality linens and towels are provided for your comfort. The bathroom with direct access from the living area and bedroom features a full size tub. A hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are available for your convenience.All fittings are of high quality and the kitchen is fully equipped, thus allowing you to make meals using fresh produce purchased at the street market.So why stay in an overpriced, undersized hotel room when you can live like a Italian in the center of one of the liveliest, historical neighborhoods in the entire city? In case of any delays (flight delays, train ecc) on arrival day you are due to contact us immediately and set the new check in time on: +39 393 26 29 033 at least 2H before your arrival since one of our stuff has to come in front of the apartment and do a check in.

In case you may have delays on arrival day and dop not inform ApartmentsStay at least 2H before your arrival at the apartmen we may charge you 25euros due to the time that one of our stuff may waste waiting for you in front of the apartment.

In case of no notification from your part regarding your arrival time you might find yourself without the possibility to do the check in and you will be charged for the first night as 'no show' case.

Arrival without prior notification or communications from your part, releases us from any responsibility in case of check-in delays by Apartments Stay.

In case of no communication regarding the arrival time after 20:00 on the day of your arrival, your booking will be treated as a "no show" case with the penalty of the booking annulment and we will charge you for the first night of your booking.

Our check-in is done from 14:00H to 23:59 CET. Check-out until 12:00 CET.
The check in will be made in the apartment where you will receive the keys and pay the remaining balance.

We apply €30 fee for late check-in: after 23:59 CET
