Directions

Take the M4 Motorway for London. Continue until the M4 becomes the A4. At the Hogarth Roundabout (Junction with A316) take the 2nd exit. Continue straight and over the Hammersmith flyover. Continue straight at the traffic lights at Junction with A3220. Having passed through two more sets of lights you will see the Cromwell Hospital on your left. Turn into Lexham Gardens shortly after the Hospital.
