This spacious apartment offers 4 large private rooms (3 doubles and 1 twin) 2 bathrooms, kitchen and patio. The 3 double rooms have large double beds and the twin room has 2 large single beds.

All rooms also are fully equipped with locking doors, large closets, sheets, towels, duvet comforters, and central heating. Also, each room has a window door that opens to a small outside balcony. There are 2 modern bathrooms with showers which are shared by all guests as well as the kitchen area.

The kitchen facility is fully equipped and has the entire eating and cooking utensils necessary for preparing and storing food. Also a nice feature to this apartment is the large covered patio located just outside the kitchen area. This area has table and chairs and is great for outside dinning.

Location:

The location of this apartment is perfect for anyone wanting to be in the centre of town and walking distance to many of Barcelona attractions. The famous Rambla, Placa Reial, Port Vell, Theatre Liceu are just outside your door. As well as shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs, museums, internet cafes, metro and bus are all with in a few minutes walk.

Not only does being located near all the action make this apartment great, but where this apartment is situated makes it very unique. The apartment is situated on the second floor (no lift/elevator) above a quiet pedestrian street and the entrance is situated in a private community courtyard which makes it more quiet, secure and relaxing when entering the building.

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 11:29 am)

CHECK OUT: 11 am

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)

CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)

48 HRS. CANCELLATION POLICY: (Please note that cancellation must be done at least 48hrs prior arrival time otherwise we will charge you the first night accommodation.)

Apt. Rambla is located on Pg. del Rellotge (Pg. del Reloj) with the street Escudellers. The entrance is a large wrought iron gate near the Placa George Orwell.

METRO: Liceu

FROM BARCELONA AIRPORT:
Take the Aerobus to Placa Catalunya. Then take a taxi or the L3 metro (green line) to the station Liceu.

FROM SANTS TRAIN/BUS STATION:
Take the L3 metro (green line) to the station Liceu.

FROM NORD BUS STATION:
Take a taxi.

TAX INFO: If you take a taxi tell the driver 'Las Ramblas with Escudellers'
