These four stylish Studios for two and the Attic for four people are in a beautiful apartment building located in the best part of the Gothic Quarter or centre of Barcelona. This area of Barcelona, known as El Born has a special atmosphere, full of narrow, winding streets.

It's renowned for its great variety of charming restaurants, offering quality 'tapas', Mediterranean cuisine, and the best seafood in town. There are also plenty of bars with their own 'terrazas' that give El Born its modern, artistic and cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Just a few streets away, you will find art galleries, artist's studios, designer shops, museums such as the Picasso, Textile Museums and much more....

This building was built over Roman ruins which are part of the buildings hall and beautiful for our guests to admire. This apartments with private lift make this modern building; the place to be in while in Barcelona!

Located just a 10 minute walk from the beach and a couple more from Las Ramblas, these apartments have one of the few Roman antique baths on show in its reception.


The Studios for two people are fully equipped with:

Kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove and all cooking utensils.

Double bed

Toilet with a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Satellite TV.

Bed linen and towels.


The Attic for four people is fully equipped with:

Kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove and all cooking utensils.

Double bed in the room and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Toilet with a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bed linen and towels.

Satellite TV.

Terrace.

There is a deposit charge of 100€

Check in time is from 15:00 to 24:00

Bookings made the same day or 24h prior arrival must be confirmed by telephone directly with the property

Cancellations can only be made at least 5 days in advance and by email.

* Check in time is from 15:00 to 24:00 (To check in between 24:00 and 8:00, please contact the property directly and there is a charge of 27€). If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage there with no problem.

* There is a deposit charge on arrival of 100Euro payable in any currency and always in cahs, which is handed back before departure once the apartment has been checked.

* Reservations made 24h prior arrival or the same day of arrival have to be confirmed directly with the property.

Our street, Tiradors, is a narrow street that starts in Carrer Comerc, a well known street in the centre of Barcelona.

The closest underground station to the apartments is ARC DE TRIOMF on the red line L1, exit Av. Vilanova. (this is about 10 minutes walk from the apartments, see map)

Guests arriving at PRAT airport (Barcelona international airpot)

Guests arriving to Prat airport are recommended to get a taxi in the case they are 4 or more people as getting 4 bus tickets to the city centre would almost cost 30€ which is what a taxi would cost.

Guests who are less than 4 people are recommended to get the train to ARC DE TRIOMF, the apartments are 10 minutes away walking (see map)

Guests arriving at GIRONA airport

This airport is 90km away from Barcelona and there are buses for every flight that lands.

This buses go to Estació del Nord, see map:

From Estació del Nord the apartments are just 15 minutes away walking or a taxi would cost about 6 Euro.
