There are local shopping facilities (large supermarket across the road), and the apartment is only a few minutes drive from the Waverley train station and so is easy to get to and be out and about exploring!
The apartment is modern and newly furnished/decorated, providing a real home-from-home experience. The non-smoking apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests,( 2+2 on sofa bed ) and has a lounge with dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with washing machine/drier, a modern bathroom with bath & power shower, and a double bedroom. The large lounge area has a quality comfortable sofa-bed and chairs, widescreen TV and DVD player, digital TV, Internet access, CD/Radio and movies and visitor guide books and maps. Everything from bedlinen and towels to hair drier and wine glasses are provided to help make your short break a delightful experience..

Arriving by Taxi:
Ask your taxi driver to take you 6/4 Rodney Place. Tell him that it is just off Rodney Street, opposite Herriot Hill Terrace. The entrance is directly opposite 'Bobs Fish' shop on Rodney Street. The apartment is on the right hand side as you enter into Rodney Place. The apartment is buzzer no 4.
Arriving by Bus:
The number 8 bus runs every 10 minutes from the east end of Princes Street to just outside the apartment. There is a bus stop outside the St James Centre in Leith Street, and also one on the North Bridge around the corner from Waverley Rail Station. The bus trip from Princes Street to the apartment should be approx 5 minutes and costs £1.00. Guests should get off at the Rodney Street stop. Rodney Place is opposite 'Bob's Fish Shop' and the apartment is on the right as you enter. The apartment is buzzer no 4.
From City Centre:
The apartment is only about 20 minutes walk away from the east End of Princes Street. Guests should walk to the east end of Princes Street, towards St James Centre. Walk down past St James Centre in Leith Street to the roundabout at Picardy Place. Cross the road into Broughton Street and walk down into Belleve Terrace, which then goes into Rodney Street. Rodney Place is on is on the left hand side off Rodney Street, just opposite 'Bob's fish' shop. The apartment is on the right hand side as you enter into Rodney Place. The apartment is buzzer no 4.
From Edinburgh Waverley Station:
You can either catch a taxi, bus or walk to the apartment from here. We recommend you use a taxi as it's a short trip and easier when you have luggage. Follow the above directions.
From Edinburgh Airport by Express bus:
Catch the Airport Express bus to Waverley Station. This journey should take about 20-25 minutes. The Express bus drops guest off in Princes Street and Waverly Bridge, guests should use the above directions.
