The Nemo B&B is located 10 min. walk from the Central Train Station or Red light District.
You are also within walking distance of Dam Square, which is the very center and heart of Amsterdam, and is also the site of the Royal Palace, bars and restaurants.

IMPORTANT:
* Your reservation must have the correct ARRIVAL TIME in order to be checked in!!! Guests must inform us of any changes in their travel plans or cancellations at least 48 hr in advance! Please provide your phone number!!!

* The form of payment is cash upon check-in!

* There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekdays, 3 nights on weekends, and 4 nights on holidays.

* All reservations are subject to 5% city tax..

Conditions

Small studio-rooms perfectly located close to Central Station offering access to all the traditional buzz and excitement of Amsterdam.
Each room is furnished and consists of an open plan living / dining area with a kitchen, a twin or double bed, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The spacious and bright living area provides a double sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and four chairs and a TV,with inbuilt DVD player and a WI-FI connection.
The kitchen is fitted with fridge, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.

Directions

The place is located 10 min. walk from the Central Train Station:
As you walk out the front of the Central Station in Amsterdam, you should see on your left the Sent-Nicolas Cathedral - walk there, it is about 150 miters walk. As you are there, follow same street side along ( Prins Hendrikkade ) to the number 133, another 300 meters. This is not a hotel, is a normal Amsterdam House, so please see the bell for Nemo ACC ( Katja ).
