Amsterdam Leidseplein Apartments are located right overlooking Lange Leidse Dwarsstraat and just seconds walk to Leidesplein square one of Amsterdam's main squares and an amazing spot for your stay.

Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the full amount for the whole duration of your stay Final Payments are in Cash only.

Just outside your door you have the Leidseplein square which is always a great spot for tourists and within a few minutes walking distance to most of the major attractions, restaurants, and night life.

From the apartments you have an amazing view of the street life below as Lange LeidseDwarsstraat is a great street for people watching and just sitting and watching the world go by.

The street is full of food places, from burgers to beans and everything in between, must be 50-100 places to eat within a minutes walk from the apartments as well as coffee shops and more.

Friends, and couples will appreciate this apartment, as it is centrally located with easy access to transport within Amsterdam, and the surrounding area.


Security Deposit - A Euro 100 per apartment security deposit is required, this is refunded when the key is returned back at Cosmos hostel.


The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 big living room so it's comfortable for 2 or 4 guests. The apartment is equipped with additional amenities such as a DVD and a full-equipped open kitchen.

Please note that there is a studio on the 4th floor. Guests that make a booking for 2 persons wil be placed in the studio. The studio has all the amenities as the other apartments.

Location

The apartments are located next to Leidseplein the main nightlife and entertainment centre. Many restaurants, pubs, disco's, coffeeshops, the casino, movie theatre, and the theatre are situated around this famous square.

Amsterdam Apartment Leidse are located next to Leidse Square, Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum and the red light district. Being so central, all major tourist attractions are close by and the canal district is just one minute away.

Furnishing
The two-room-apartments have been recently renovated and have a living room facing the street and a separate quiet bedroom at the rear. You're located in the most famous streets of Amsterdam with lots of shops,clubs, bars, restaurants and historic buildings. Discover the city by bike the Amsterdam based staff can help you to get around the city and point out the best spots for lunch, shopping or clubbing.

Accommodation

Friends, and couples will appreciate this apartment, as it is centrally located with easy access to transport within Amsterdam, and the surrounding area.

The apartments are furnished with amenities to provide the comforts of home. These include cable TV/DVD, kitchen for self-catering, private toilet with warm shower and bath, etc. We can put an extra bed on request!

Terms and Conditions

1. Pets and organising parties are forbidden.

2. It is not allowed to stay with more persons then mentioned in the bookings confirmation.

3. Please behave like 'gentlemen' and don't disturb the neighbour's! Don't play loud music, scream and shout, etc.

4. If the Renter violates the above terms, the stay can be cancelled immediately without restitution of the rent.

5. The Property Manager is allowed to enter the apartment at any time.

6. A copy off all passports will be made during check-in.

7. The guests will receive the apartment in a clean and proper condition and are expected to return it in the same condition.

8 . We do not accept group bookings of 5 people or more.

9 . We have an age restriction, only 18 to 35 year olds permitted

cancellation must occur 72 hours before the check-in date.

The deposit is paid online through Hostelworld and the balance is paid on arrival. We accept cash payment only on arrival.

Directions

To collect the keys and pay the bill and receive directions to your apartment you must go to Hostel Cosmos - 17 Nieuwe Nieuwstraat - to collect your apartment keys.

The Directions:


From the airport take a train to Central Station:

You get out of the station. Walk over to the Victoria Hotel. When you are facing the hotel, you turn right and go into the second street on the left Martelaars Gracht (street name). Keep Walk down that street You
than pass 8 aley's Csmall streets) on you left hand you will see, Nieuwe Nieuwstraat go in this alley you are in Nieuwe Nieuwstraat, we are number 17 Hostel Cosmos . Here you can get the keys and directions to our Apartments.

By tram (metro) A single ticket costs you € 1.60

When you get to CS, you walk outside the station and you will find trams. The following trams will take you straight to the hostel: tramline 1, 2, 5, 13 and 17
The stop is called ` Nieuwezijds Kolk' You have to cross the street and walk toward Hotel Sofitel the Nieuwe Nieuwstraat is between Hotel Sofitel and Japanese Restaurant Kobe.we are Nieuwe Nieuwstraat 17 Hostel Cosmos Here you can get the keys and directions to our Apartments.

Trains between Schiphol and Central Station depart about every 10 minutes between 6am and 1am, and once every hour between 1am and 6am.
A one way ticket will cost you
€ 3.20 from a vending machine, you will need some coins though.
Trains to Amsterdam Central Station generally depart from platform 1 or 2. On www.ns.nl you can find all information on travel times and prices in English.
