Absolute Amsterdam B&B Agency is situated in luscious 'Rivieren' neighborhood in Amsterdam-South one of the best residential areas of Amsterdam. We aim to offer nice private double or twin rooms with breakfast in our 4 locations in privately owned apartments for an affordable price.

Art Apart Bed and Breakfast
Rooms Iris and Dahlia are in the Art Apart B&B. Beautiful apartment around the corner of Absolute Amsterdam with lots of art on the wall. First floor balcony, large living room bathroom with shower and bath.

Yellow field Bed and Breakfast
Room Daisy is in the Yellow fields B&B two blocks away from Absolute Amsterdam. 2nd floor cozy apartment in shopping street. rooms on the garden site.

Lotus Bed and Breakfast
Rooms 'Lavender' and 'Rosemary' are in the Lotus B&B with garden and balcony. The rooms with private beds are situated in a cozy souterain the Rosemary room looks great and is more spacious but has now windows. Breakfast in the morning on the Dutch kitchen table.

Green Terrace Studio Bed and Breakfast
The Green terrace Bed and breakfast Studio is equipped with a nice double bed, in a spacious room with a couch, private bathroom and a little breakfast area with a fridge, coffee maker and water cooker. Next to that you have gorgeous flower terrace to enjoy the sun or smoke.

Directions

ABSOLUTE AMSTERDAM HAS 4 LOCATIONS please check your email after your confirmation from your on-line booking site for an email from absolute Amsterdam with correct address!

The office and Absolute Amsterdam B&B are at the Roerstraat 43 in Amsterdam.

Central station: 15 minutes from central station by tram 4 or 25. Get out at the Waalstraat stop. Enter the Waalstraat take the 3rd street on your right (tram 25) or first street on your left ( tram 4 ), nr 43 (ground floor) will be on the left side of the street.

Schiphol airport: Coming from Schiphol Airport you take the train to Station RAI and also take tram 4 for only 5 minutes get out at Waalstraat stop. Enter the Waalstraat take the first street on your left, my house nr 43 will be on the left side of the street.

The Lotus B&B , Art Apart B&B, Yellow Fields B&B, and Green Terrace B&B are in the same neighborhood but on an other street.

Please Note: You need to pay 5% tourist tax on arrival.

Parking
Parking has to be paid for from 09:00 -24:00 hours, on Sundays and holidays parking is free, if you walk 2 minutes to the Rooseveltlaan you only have to pay from 09:00 to 19:00 hours. Day card €12,00 or €2,- per hour.

Or you can park your car in the Olympic Stadion parking garage just a 15 minute tram ride away for 6 Euro a day, return public transport tickets are free.
